What ArxBridge does
We supply and install physical security products that are tested to recognised standards: LPS 1175 rated doorsets, glazing tested to EN 1522 and EN 1063, blast assemblies to ISO 16933, fire doorsets to EN 1634-1, and vehicle barriers tested to PAS 68, IWA 14-1 or ISO 22343-1. Every rated product is supplied with third-party test evidence, so the specification can be checked and defended.
The range covers six groups. Security is forced-entry protection: doors, windows, glazing, shutters and entrance control. Ballistic is protection against gunfire, from FB4 to FB7. Blast is protection against explosive pressure, to ISO 16933. Fire is E, EW and EI rated doorsets. Perimeter and HVM is hostile vehicle mitigation for the ground around the building. Shielding is electromagnetic, RF, MRI and acoustic protection for specialist rooms. Our products page explains which threat each group addresses.
Evidence with every rated product. A rating is only as good as its proof. We supply the test evidence with the product, matched to the construction you receive.
Who we work with
Our work starts with the people who specify buildings. Architects and specifiers bring us in at design stage to turn a threat assessment into products and ratings. Main contractors bring us in to supply and install against a fixed specification. Facilities and procurement teams call on us for replacement doorsets, maintenance and upgrades. Security consultants use us as the supply and installation arm behind their recommendations.
What these buyers share is a need for certainty: the right rating, the right product, installed as tested, with proof. That is what we organise our work around. Our standards guides set out the rating systems in the same plain terms we use on projects.
How a project runs
- Assess. We review the threat assessment, the drawings and the site, and agree which ratings each opening needs.
- Specify. We turn the assessment into a product schedule: ratings, sizes, finishes and interfaces, ready for approval.
- Manufacture. The products are made to the agreed schedule and checked against the test evidence before they leave.
- Install. Our installation teams fit the products as the tested assemblies, with the right fixing and sealing.
- Maintain. We offer ongoing maintenance so doors, barriers and shielded rooms keep performing as specified.
